POLICIES

Thank you so much for supporting Metalsmith Society!

Returns

Prior to making a purchase it is important that you read through this page. When an order is placed, it is fulfilled directly by a drop shipper. This means I do not keep goods in stock but orders go directly to the manufacturer. As a result I unfortunately, cannot accept returns for Metalsmith Society goods. Each one is essentially a custom order. So ordering the correct size is crucial, for this reason I've included size guides with each apparel item. If a product ever arrives damaged or with an error, don't hesitate to reach out as a replacement can be sent. I do require an image of the damaged product, which I then submit to my manufacturer.

Canceled Orders

If you decide you need to cancel an order and its within my ability (the items has not yet been custom printed) I'm happy to issue a refund, however I may not refund the fees charged to me by Paypal or other credit card processors. Thanks for understanding!

Quality

Choosing quality, ethically made products is very important to me. Please know that part of the cost of these items is purchasing whenever possible from manufacturers that have ethical practices.

What To Do When An Order Doesn't Look Right

Most of my apparel items are printed by my manufacturer and sent directly to you. This means I don't see the item before it ships out, and occasionally an error can be made by them. If you are unhappy with the print please take a photo of the item as soon as you receive it and email me at corkie@metalsmithsociety.com and I will make it right!

International Customers

Thank you so much for supporting Metalsmith Society, I appreciate all of you and am happy to be able to fulfill orders all across the world! Please know that my site uses live shipping rates to get you the best possible shipping price. However you may be responsible for customs fees and I have no way of predicting what those may be. You may also experience a longer wait for your order to arrive. Each product is a custom order and most are created in the USA and then have to ship to you, so wait time can be 10-20 days.

I currently have a few apparel options and merch items that can be fulfilled in Europe, Australia, Mexico, Canada and Japan this can eliminate fees and also reduce waiting time and shipping costs. You can find those items by searching for "Europe" or "Japan" etc. In some instances an item may only be available for production in certain sizes or colors so if you have questions prior to ordering please contact me. Please note if a location does not have your size color in stock it may be produced in the United States in which case you would be responsible for custom fees, and I am not contacted when this happens so therefore am unable to alert you. Thanks for your understanding!

I really appreciate your patience and support. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out!

*Please note my manufacturer cannot ship to North Korea, Cuba or Iran.

Lost Packages

In the rare case that you suspect your package has been lost it is important that you contact me no later than 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date. Within that window my manufacturer will typically send a replacement out.

Why Did I Only Receive Part Of My Order?

Certain items like stickers, enamel pins and aprons are shipped from my studio while other items like apparel and mugs are shipped by my manufacturer so it is pretty common to have things ship out in separate orders. If you placed an International order it is possible that some of your order could be produced in Europe while the rest is produced in the United States which will also result in separate packages. Everything is done to minimize your shipping costs and I use recycled and recyclable shipping materials wherever I can :)
